The TTW-610 is a multifunctional deposit welding machine designed to solve demanding mould and tool repair tasks. It can deposit material precisely onto steel, aluminium, copper and other materials, including deep ribs and areas that can be difficult to reach with conventional repair methods.

The handpiece used for deposit welding can also be used for ultrasonic polishing. By changing the abrasive, the TTW-610 can efficiently remove excess material and perform detailed polishing work.
The TTW-610 can also perform EDM processes. By adding liquid or water to the work area, the welded surface can be refurbished to create a smooth EDM surface.
The machine can be used for EDM etching and can help reproduce or repair spark-textured surfaces and similar etched finishes.
Using Reverse EDM, the TTW-610 can deposit electrode material onto the workpiece. This function can be used to apply relatively thick tungsten coatings to mould surfaces.
The TTW-610 combines welding, EDM, ultrasonic polishing and surface treatment in one machine. It can also be used for applications such as engraving, removing excess material and working on smaller surfaces and corners.
