The TTW-700 is a resistance welding machine designed to provide a simple and efficient solution for mould and tool repair. Resistance welding combines controlled heat and pressure to create a strong and durable joint.

The welded material becomes an integrated part of the workpiece. Repairs can subsequently be machined using conventional methods such as milling, EDM and grinding without the welded material loosening or flaking away.
The TTW-700 can weld metal sheets from 0.03 to 0.22 mm for precise repairs. Sheets up to 0.5 mm can also be tack welded, providing flexibility for different repair requirements.
The welding process concentrates heat in a very small area. This minimizes heat-related damage and makes the TTW-700 particularly useful for repairing moulds, dies and tools.
The welded material retains the original hardness of both the foil and the base material. This also makes it possible to combine materials with different hardness levels.
The TTW-700 is particularly suitable for repairing wear, tears and erosion damage, as well as pressure marks and leaks along mould parting lines.
